About Me

Based primarily at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, Mohemmed has become a vital witness to the unfolding humanitarian catastrophe. His lens captures not only the devastation of genocide, but also the perseverance of his people—patients, families, and medical staff struggling to endure amid unimaginable loss.

Growing up in Jabalia camp, one of the most densely populated areas in the world, Mohemmed has long understood the power of images in telling the story of Palestine. His work highlights the strength, grief, and steadfastness of Palestinians facing occupation and blockade.

Through both his commissioned work and independent projects, Mohemmed seeks to preserve truth, amplify voices that are too often silenced, and hold the world accountable by showing what it means to live—and resist—in Gaza.

His photography has been widely circulated on social media and in news outlets, where it serves not only as documentation, but as testimony: a reminder that behind every headline are human lives, families, and histories.

Support my family

Palestinians in Gaza have lived under siege for years, making even the most basic needs nearly impossible to afford. And still, we push forward. We hold on to our dreams. We refuse to let this genocide be erased or ignored. But my salary alone is not enough to provide for my large family under these conditions.

Your solidarity will help us:

  • Secure temporary and safer shelter for my family
  • Access basic needs: clean water, food, medicine, and blankets
  • Continue reporting from Gaza, amplifying the voices Israel is trying to silence

Every donation, every share, every act of solidarity matters. You are not just supporting one family. You are standing with a people fighting for life, for dignity, and for the right to exist.
